LA MARTINIERE MOOT COURT

A Moot Court competition is the simulation of arbitral proceedings which are mostly an appeal against a final decision. Analysis of a problem, researching relevant laws, and preparing submissions and arguments are supposed to be presented by the participants. The procedure which is followed in a moot court competition is similar to that of an actual court. Moot Court competitions have been a way of training lawyers for several years throughout the globe.

La Martiniere Law Society shall organize Annual Inter-School Moot Court Competitions as well as Intra-School competitions and bring together students of diverse backgrounds and cultures, intellectually challenging your skills as a lawyer and testing the law aspirant within you. It would also be the first school in the country to organize a Moot Court Competition for students studying in class 9th-12th.
